The older I get, the more I’m not sure if good presenters are born or made; but maybe that isn’t helpful for a newsletter about trying to help others get better…
On the theme of presentation, I watched two very big presentations this week from people- the variation in ability and outcome was vast. The thing, that I think unites them however, is I’m almost certain that neither got any feedback on their presentations. Management of others starts with feedback; sometimes it ends that way too. Here’s some questions I’ve been saving for this theme.
